You know, I enjoyed that run....what on earth is happening to me?

I didn't find the run difficult at all....honest.

Going to buy some "proper" running gear on Saturday, I've just been wearing any old tee shirt and track suit bottoms up to now.

I'm hooked now - amn't I?

Just a bit! You're doing brilliantly and will do even better in new kit - I'm delaying that treat until the end of W9, just worried I might wake up from the dream...

Isn't it great that so many of us are discovering a new running soul within us? 😊

I do hope so! Ha ha

If you are buying new duds then I think it's proof positive!

They're not expensive mind you but you will feel better in them as they keep you dry. they wick sweat away from your body so you don't feel cold. They don't get heavy either. Easy to wash and dry too

I love Lidl stuff but there's not a sale on as yet. I think one might be due though. Someone will shout up (probably me!) Aldi, Tesco, Sainsbury, Primarni, Asda etc all do their own running gear.

Just get the basics to start with and then go from there cos as the weather changes you might need to add to your collection, eg cloves and a hat or headband, cap etc Christmas is coming bear in mind so you could start a list

Speaking of dreams. I dreamt last night (well, it was a nightmare and I had the screaming ab dabs) that I had pitched up to run a marathon but it would cost me £44,000! Before the race started I was told I had won a race calendar and had to fetch it from the registration tent. When I got there to fetch it the darned thing was massive! It was like the size of a window! There were thousands of the things piled up on the table, and cos they were glossy they slid all over the table as she tried to get my one from the bottom of the pile. The other runners had started and i was in a panic as I'd been left behind. I begged to be let go but she demanded £1,000 there and then. Ooh eck! I woke up in a right old sweat!

Snap!! Me too! Just done it :) Feels amazing, right?

Congratulations, see you at the finish line!
