Just completed R1W3 (is that round the right way) . I had 2 days off this time due to travelling and gigging this weekend. Two ace shows one at an indoor festival called Bostiiin Days in Bilston and the other supporting my good friend Funke and the Two Tone Baby in Chatham... Many miles driven.
As I run in different places nearly every time... I always judge it to turn around when the bell goes. But this time by the time the bell rang I found this really cool lake, and I wanted to run around it.
After finishing the run I now probably have another ten minutes walk back to the van. I am knackered but still loving it. I actually jumped out of bed this morning excited to do this run.
Hope you guys are alright
Big love

Great job Doozer, good to see you adapting the plan around your life, that’s a necessity that we all learn, and better to plan it and skip a run day than stress about it. Cool lakes do have to be seen from all sides, a few big ones on my long term running plans. Keep going fella... I’m gonna have to check out Funke now!
Hey Doozer. I did my second W3 run on Saturday morning. And then went to Bostin Days! What a coincidence! I definitely found it more challenging than week 2 but enjoyed it nonetheless. Trying not to think too much about week 4 - 3 minutes seems quite long enough!
Week 3 run 1, it doesn't matter what way round it is, glad you enjoyed your run today and you were so looking forward to it that you jumped out of your bed 😊🏃
