I don't see any problem on running on Monday "Garden 17" as long as you don't or didn't run on Sunday that's OK, it's up to you on the distance you 🏃 run, if you feel a little tired 😴then 3K would be better. 🏃😴

Any run is better than no run. Take it steady and see how it goes, just don’t push it.

Of course... just go run, you don’t need a target, take any pressure off it and just have fun. My run today was completely not what I planned, and I had a great time.
