So today's the day where I don't complete a run at the first time of asking. Despite jogging really slowly I got to about 10 minutes and that was it.
A number of reasons; tough week at work, bad sleep pattern, not enough time on leg exercises and doing later in the morning and on a Saturday which isn't the norm for me.
So I've written that off, will dust myself down and go again Monday. If that don't work, I'll try again on the Wednesday.
I WILL do this!

Perfect state of mind! You were out there running. You ran for 10 minutes and that's a lot! Think of you running for 10 minutes only 5 weeks ago
Be happy of being out there and doing the best you could On Monday out will complete it! If not take an extra rest day, search for new music and new route And you will be fine!
