First dark morning run 👻

Had to run earlier this morning and my first dark run in a long time. It was a little creepy as only the odd person around but also very nice. By the time I was on my last stretch it was getting light and the world was starting to wake up. I’ve loved keeping up with my 3 runs a week since graduating last month and I’ve now been able to add on an extra mile which I’m really pleased about. Happy running everyone! 🏃‍♀️

I’ve yet to run in the dark, but having said that I’ve just parked up ready to walk over for Parkrun and it’s the darkest it’s been yet - at 8.11am! Storm Callum is still lingering and I’m preparing myself for some hard slog today - especially if there’s a headwind up the long hill! Might end up stationary or even going slightly backwards! 😳💨🏃‍♀️💦🐌🐕

Well done Run, have to say early morning runs are my favourite, just getting ready to go out now, bit of light rain but that's ok. Was intending to have already been out and returned by now but the bed wouldn't let go! Have a good day. Hatter.
