This is exactly what I want to do...run in the early morning! Hoping I can start to adjust my life and get out there while the weather is lovely and enjoy the countryside! ๐
I need to admit that i managed only because my partner was going out early today. I am a night owl, so waking up before 9am is difficult and every minute is precious, which means every weekday is a small horrorโ :/
So let's hope I will manage to repeat this achievement of morning run again
No problem with yesterday. It would have worked if I'd write earlier. And we all sometimes need a motivational kick in the bottom. Apparently it worked with delay
Don't we just - on one of my earlier runs I remember my husband telling me that I needed to open the door and get out there - I was going but very slowly in full on faf mode. Enjoy the rest of your day with that running high, and take a rest tomorrow.
I get up at 5am to run and love it. Have completed week 2 today and slightly worried about going from 90 secs to 3 mins. But hopefully will manage. I have never, ever run before and have surprised myself with how much I am loving it ๐
Hi I go to bed early about 9.30 ish and have always been an early riser. I find it cooler in the mornings to run. I don't eat or drink before going out. Did wk3r1 today and it was okayc๐
I've also just done my first morning run! OH working late tonight so set my alarm for 5 and got out there! Saw 4 rabbits, a hare, a deer and what looked like an eagle (can you tell I'm not a bird expert!) it's put me in such a good mood for the day - still waiting for the kids to wake up ๐
Week 4 day 3 done โ now onto the dreaded week 5 ๐ฌ
Week 5, don't put your thoughts in such a negative way. It is challenging, not dreaded. And you build yoir stamina for past 4 weeks, you have already run 12 times. Your body is ready for week 5 Do not think too mich about minites you have to run and enjoy each run, each achievement, each finished run, and be surprised what you are capable of
