First run completed whilst pushing my 18 month old daughter in the pushchair! First time I’ve exercised since before I was pregnant due to being extremely sleep deprived up until a few weeks ago. Really hoping I find the commitment to keep this going, looking forward to finding a bit of me again!

Enjoy your journey.

Congratulations 🎉! I think you'll find running will be a great way to release energy, and feel great. ( Though you probably use a lot of energy running round after your little one 😄).

Even better that you ran whilst pushing a pushchair! I can barely do it without 🤫🤭
