Physically you are prepared, but is a psychological hurdle, which needs to be approached with positivity and the knowledge that not completing will strengthen you for a rerun.........if necessary.
You can do this.
Stopping and getting started again is the difficult thing.
Just do extra stretching after run 3

Run 3? Totally a mental challenge... your legs are ready, your heart and lungs are ready, so you have the rest of today and a rest day to get your head ready! Slow and steady... trust the plan... believe in yourself. If your doubting voice says you can’t, tell it out loud that you can and you will. You’re going to love it when you’re over the finish line of that 20 minutes.
