W3 done....can't believe it!

3 weeks ago I was praying I'd manage the first run and here I am completing week 3! Super proud of myself and my body. My legs aren't screaming like they were, I'm getting my breath back before I have to start running again and my ankles are so much stronger. Roll on week 4!

Hey well done! It's quite a milestone, completing week 3. And I had your experience, I suddenly realised that I was getting my breath back more quickly, it didn't hurt as much, and my ankles weren't hurting any more.

You've done brilliantly, can't wait to see the rest of your progress!

Yaaaaaaaaaay! 😁 Well done! I've just done Run2 of week 3, I should finish it on Saturday, it's great how the body adjusts with each session, isn't it! X

Excellent achievement, well done! Don’t feel bad if u need to take an extra day off if your legs start to ache again, I’m about to start week 9 and they don’t hurt at all anymore! 🙌🏼
