... but now he's dust. And my comfortable running speed seems to be getting a tiny bit faster, even over 25 minutes. I use bpm based playlists to pace myself, and on Monday I found R2 a bit awkward at 140-145bpm; upped it to 150bpm for today and it seemed a lot easier. Might just be I'm more used to the duration though, too.

My fiftieth birthday falls during Week 8.
