W6 R3 - one minute in and dreaded leg injury returned

Got to end of week 5 in Feb but due to one injury after another had to stop. Main injury was a pull which was above the ankle but below the calf at left side of back of right leg. Just got into the run after the warm up walk and sadly immediately felt the same pull again and had to stop immediately and return home. Hoping a short period of rest will sort it as had been doing so well.

Good job stopping as soon as you felt it... here’s hoping it’s gonna heal fast, the runs will wait.

Shame, but you did the right thing pulling up. It would have been easy to try to run it off, but you were smart. Hope a few more days’ rest will help. 👍
