Quite an emotional roller coaster today, frustration at work which made me late home so tempting to give the first run of the week a miss. But I knew that my body and brain was crying out for a stress buster. So off I went with the mindset of trying to be kind to myself. It actually felt really good and “easy” as well as relaxing. Probably because I had a lot of adrenaline in my system! During the cool down walk, it felt as if things had fallen into place in my head so more at ease overall. Never imagined I would find a run relaxing!

That's brilliant - well done, you! Isn't it amazing how a run really does clear your mind?
Well done for getting yourself out there and doing it Dragonflies - sounds like you were rewarded with a thoroughly enjoyable run. I think I’d struggle to get out in the evening after a tough day at work, I have my W7R2 tomorrow morning and am looking forward to it 😁 have a good rest day and hopefully your W7R2 will go just as perfectly as this one 👍
