Omg I am so amazed! It was freezing today and I was suffering with my lower back pain/spasms. After a couple of rounds of ibuprofen through the day my back loosened up. I was only planning to walk for a bit but I felt so mentally and physically ready and really keen to run. I cannot believe how far I have come from week 1 when I was hugging and puffing and struggling to run for 60 seconds.
This plan is flipping amazing. If I can manage it then anyone can. I had a love affair with my comfy couch....but no more. Now I love love love running πββοΈππβ€οΈ
