Just finished week 4 and feel great the runs this week were fairly good and I had little trouble so must be getting better.

Looking forward to week 5 and those 5 minute runs.

Just completed week 5 Run 2 I felt better today doing the two 8 minute runs than I did doing the 3 x 5 minute runs the other day. Not looking forward to the 20 min run on Saturday though
