I’ve completed my three runs from week 8 this week ready to commence week 9 on Monday! Cannot believe how far I’ve come. Definitely won’t be making 5k but seriously not concerned about that.
Today was tough as I had a session at the gym last night. Once I’ve completed the program I will adjust my running schedule so that I don’t have to run on a Friday after the gym. I just like to start each new c25k week on a Monday and can’t run weekends at the moment as working.
