Looks like Iβm going to experience my first drenching tomorrow morning if the weather forecasters are right. But am I going to bail? Not a chance. Bring it on I say!
I actually canβt believe I havenβt experienced a really wet run since starting the programme in June. What are the odds in this country?

Blimey... you have been lucky... but.. rain... well it's just wet! Go you!
I know, Iβve literally only had rain on a couple of my runs! And not even for the whole time either. Bonkers!
So lβll take a bag to leave my waterproof in and leave it at the start. No way will I be running in it, Iβll overheat in less than a minute!

Go for it, im at my happiest running in the rain, its an amazing feeling just me and the dog, pouring rain, peace and quiet. Love it!!! You enjoy yourself. It only goes as far as your skin!!π
Iβm really looking forward to it! Not sure how happy my car will be transporting wet runner and wet dog home from parkrun! Maybe wonβt take any passengers out in it tomorrow! πββοΈπ π π¦

Thanks Monica! Youβll be there before you know it, in fact people even use parkrun for their C25K run, no matter what week theyβre on, as people can walk, run, whatever. So maybe you could do one sooner than you think? I highly recommend it! ππββοΈβ€οΈ

I've avoided the few wet days this far too for running. Love a walk in the rain though..... Just makes you feel so alive.... Good luck cheeky..... Don't forget to share how you get on....

Hi CC good luck with the drenching at parkrun tomorrow. Just remember no matter how wet you get your skin is waterproof! Iβm so jealous I canβt parkrun tomorrow as I travelling, I looked into being a tourist but couldnβt make it fit inβΉοΈ
