You can do it. Trust the programme... your last runs have been readying you for this one. Believe in yourself... look how far you’ve come and you just passed the half way mark. Go slow and steady from the start and keep that pace down. Amaze yourself! It’s a very liberating run and you’ll feel amazing at the end.

W5R3 will be the shortest workout since W3.

You can do it...........if you believe you can.

You don't need to dread it WRBR, once you have done it you will be able to look forward to all the other runs on the rest of the program.

It just seems like a massive leap in terms of running time!

W5R1= 15 minutes running, 6 minutes brisk walk.......21 minutes.

W5R2= 16 minutes running, 5 minutes brisk walk.......21 minutes.

W5R3= 20 minutes running..........big grin

There is no big jump!

If you have completed the runs up to this you can do it, and you will feel amazing.

It is a real battle with my mind. I still remember how we had to run a 12-minute run at elementary school. I felt like I had to let go of the soul after this run. And this is 20 minutes of running! I have read what wrote UnfitNoMore and I belive that it is right. We will definitely try and ... we can do it! :-)
