Hi all,

Having completed a few 5k now I feel I can treat myself to some new ear phones as these cables are driving me mad. Any recommendations for ear buds or wireless headphones from fellow tried and tested runners before I splash the cash.

I use AirPods they are wireless and I’ve bought some silicon covers off amazon as I felt they were slipping out without them, now they are perfect

Bluetooth running ear buds, £13.99. Totally bomb-proof, I've used mine extensively. Come with a range of size adaptors to fit in your ear, and they've never fallen out.
