Sleep on it... if you feel okay in the morning If no change.. rest up... the runs will wait!
Oooh dreaded cold! That stopped me this weekend was fuming
If you’re not sure, I used this guide to decide. Although back on it tomorrow and I cannot wait!!
Thanks everyone. Gave my planned Tuesday morning run a miss. Woke up today, still got sore throat but hasn't worsened so braved a run this morning.
