It feels really good, I didn't run in the segments it tells you to I actually ran for 3.1/2 minutes which is 3segments then walked for 90, so in all 4 runs & 4walks I'm over the moon with that..... I did this for all 3runs 😁

Very well done... that’s the hardest one done. Enjoy week 2, relax and run slow and steady.
