I wont say it was easy as I was happy to quit at 10 minutes but pushed myself to make sure I completed it. Not my fastest or furthest of the 3 runs of week 8 but a completed run is better than an in completed run.
I am starting to wonder what great plans I should make for my graduation run but i think just getting it over with is my biggest plan at the moment and the feeling of warm fuzzy accomplishment

Great job. Every run shouldn’t be faster or longer than the last, so that’s good stats you pulled today. Enjoy the victory lap that is week 9... and yes, start looking to set goals.
I'm just happy to have finished week 8, I know I completed it once before being told you can't do something makes you want to prove them wrong even more
It sure does... I knew a guy who had his knees rebuilt after a bike crash and was told he’d never walk without a limp... so he ran the London marathon.
