For those following progress 4 runs to Gday

This afternoon did Week 8 Run 2 at the Country Park. Meaning now 4 runs to GDay. A lot of rain came down last night meaning the paths were not great and in parts were muddy and wet meaning even the solid paths were slippery. One part I did slip but grabbed a branch that saved me ending up on my arse. So very wary running round so a slow run but finished at the end thinking I had not even run. Good luck all we are nearly there.

Not far to go now! Hopefully I'll be just a couple of runs behind as my heels are feeling considerably better. :)

I'll miss graduating on my birthday weekend because of the Achilles problem but, hey ho, it's all about the running and weight loss for me so I'm not worrying too much about graduation being a little late. :)
