Week9 Run 3 completed!

Well I can’t say I’m achieving 5k yet but I am running for 30 minutes non stop! Never thought that would be possible 9 weeks ago. Now must focus on trying to run faster so I can feel like I’ve really achieved C25K.

Well done. Most of us don’t manage 5K in 30 mins by the end of the programme but keep at it and 5K will come 😀🏃‍♀️

Many congratulations on your graduation fellow runner.

This guide to post C25K running may be helpful healthunlocked.com/couchto5... and it offers advice on speeding up............which means lots of slow runs.

Keep running, keep smiling.

Congratulations! Consolidate and then look at speed... 5k is there either naturally or with some speed and endurance work, and you’re not afraid of the work. Enjoy celebrating and your next running adventures.

Very well done you! Don’t worry one jot about 5k until you’re ready. One thing is for sure - you have properly graduated C25K. Never think you haven’t. A very low proportion of people manage 5k in 30 minutes, and some never do.

You should be super proud of your achievement! 👏👏🥇🥇🍾🍾

You may never do 5k in 30 mins if that's not your natural pace but you can still build up to 5k at whatever pace suits you or just carry on running for as far as you can in 30 min's. It's not a race. Well done on a massive achievement s

Brilliant. Well done. I graduated last week and started out on post graduate runs today. 5k in 30 seems a long way off but am improving my speed with each run. You are not alone. Just keep going. 😀
