So very chuffed with myself this morning π started the run on uphills again π no surprise there! 12.5 min uphill and the rest was plain sailing! Seem to get a rush of energy after the uphills π. I start every run with the attitude Iβll try my best and see what happens, lol itβs never failed me yet! Good luck to all on your journey π

Well done lady, 2 to go, are you starting to feel the excitement of completion? π

Well done!! π You're on the final countdown, how exciting is that!

So exciting, so nearly there now! I'm one run ahead of you, so I've got one more to do on Sunday. What are you planning to do once you've completed the programme?

I'm planning on consolidation runs, building up to the full 5k as I'm not near there yet. Once I've got to 5k I'll focus on improving my time, but it's not a big rush. I'm not sure about 10k, 5k is more manageable in my weekly schedule time wise, but never say never! I did use to say that I'd never be a runner after all π
