Should be a run day but legs aching 😞

Wedding last weekend in a castle, think the spiral stone staircase in heels now taking it’s toll 😞

I don’t suppose an extra rest day do any real damage??

No worries on taking an extra rest day!

That said... muscle soreness might not pose as much an issue as you think. I ran with some soreness from too many squats yesterday and aside from making the soreness slightly worse, it wasn't any harder than usual and it's much better today, I think tomorrow it will be gone. :)

The great thing about this programme is that you adjust it to work with you, not the other way round. If you’re still aching tomorrow, my advice would be to do your run but ease up a little on pace and focus instead on style and breathing. You’ll soon be back to normal 🙂

Do it! Do it! Do it!

You'll be fine 😸

Just take it slow. Jog at about your fast walk speed. And spend more time on your warm down stretching afterwards.

Take as many as you feel necessary..the runs will still be there...when we run.. the idea is simply to enjoy them :)

Heels ? What are those ? :)
