Today is a run day :(

Am I the only one who hates waking up to a run day, hates putting on trainers, hates walking out of the door and then as soon as I get out I love it, love the run, love the wind in my face, love the feel of my heart beating and love the sweat on my face?

Anyway next run is W3R3, who else is with me?

It takes twelve weeks of regular activity before it becomes ingrained habit...........and then you won't even think about it........it will just happen.

Keep running, keep smiling.

I look forward to run days but sometimes I think "is it time to get up already" but I love it when I am out there. Keep going and enjoying it πŸ˜€

I think a lot of people have a love-hate relationship with running! It does become addictive though & you will be your own motivation as you progress as you want to keep up with your amazing progress. I am now running for 30 minutes but often cursing as I do so, still battling the urge to stop within the first minute, but know that the feeling I get from having completed another run is well worth it. ☺

You're half way there. I woke up this morning and thought, "it's a run day Whoop whoop", jumped out of bed like a child on Christmas morning. Just waiting for my porridge to go down before I head out πŸ€—πŸƒπŸƒπŸƒ
