I haven't been for a run since last Friday which is unheard of these days for me. For 2 days now I have felt not quite right. This morning have headache, funny ears and when I move my head too quickly it spins and I nearly fall over!! Too much wine? not a hope! Think I have the start of a virus its typical for this to happen, the sun is shining and it would have been a lovely day to jog up through the forest tracks but I just can't get motivated.
Anyone got a magic cure?

Listen to your body! Take it easy, get over whatever it is that ails you and you will then be able to get back out there with renewed enthusiasm. Andrea x
Hi, Oldgirl! Rest is always the best option when you are feeling "under the weather". You won't lose much, and will possibly win much more, by taking a few days off. Sometimes the body just gets worn out. Hope you start feeling better soon....
I'm kind of sorted folks and thank you very much for your lovely advice and comments. I took paracetamol yesterday and had a duvet day which seemed to work. Got up this morning and had a short'ish 6K run up through the forest tracks, it was lovely to be back out.
However my lovely trusty laptop which has be ailing more than me gave up last night so off hubby and I toddled to check out the price of a new one. Do you like it!?! Its a lovely new Toshiba, never had this make before but he said I had been sooooooo good with my running it was his treat to me, ahhhhhh. By the time I came home though the head was spinning and ears are sore again, back to popping some more paracetamol I think.
Oooh, I had something like this last year, some type of ear infection but I can't remember what it was called. It was horrible, ended up that I couldn't look at a computer for more than 2 minutes without getting dizzy and walking in a straight line was quite a challenge.... although it did eventually get better. Good luck and hope you're feeling better soon, and what a lovely hubby.
