I ran my week 2 run 2 on Wednesday and had planned to do number 3 tonight and I noticed my legs are still stiff (not sore)when going upstairs etc.
Should I put it off for another day or am to run on stiff legs?

It’s up to you. You might just run off your stiff legs 😃
There’s no need to push things however, so by all means take an extra day if you wish. Slow and steady, taking our time 👍🙂
You can take them for a walk instead if you prefer 👍
You may find a run helps, try doing lots of walking in between your runs to keep your legs moving 😊
If you feel you may injure yourself wait a day but otherwise, try going out, taking it very slow and see how you get on. Just be prepared to stop if you need to and resolve beforehand that you won’t give yourself a hard time if that happens.
Have a rest day, don’t risk it you are still early in your journey 👍
Stiff but no pain is good stiff. I'd run. At the same time I'd ask why stiff. Do you hydrate properly? You would need to go through at least a few litres of water daily, every day. Less than that and here comes fatigue, stiffness, 'heavy legs', maybe even headaches and possible light-headedness, and you don't want that stuff. Running has its demand, going slow or fast/long or short.
