Well I should have started my couch to 5k today, and as I got into the changing room to get ready I looked down into my bag only to find 2 tops and no tracksuit bottoms 😞😞😞

On a training course all day tomorrow but will try again on Wednesday!

Don't feel bad! I went to the gym to start last week, walked in and it was busy and I was too embarrassed... I've just finished week 1 run 3 doing it all outside!

Don’t worry, I’ve started the couch to 5k 3 times and never got past week1 run2 🙈😂 now I’m on week2 run 3...you will do it 💪🏻 good luck
