Will have finished wk 4 hopefully tomorrow. The 5 mins runs are hard. Have looked ahead at wk 5 which finishes with a 20 min run.... seems too much too soon. How can I do it? Will I be left at the side of the road like Paula Radcliffe many years ago having only done 6mins? Time will tell!

Each week prepares you for the next..... believe in it and go slow!!!
I felt the same way. But as Marcia said, you’re preparing for the next week each time you run. I’m not gonna say the 20 minuter was a breeze. But you can do it. Just believe you can and take it at your own pace. You’ll be amazed what you can do... You got this....

It’s OK... pretty sure Paula suffered after almost destroying her colon a few years before... just in case tough, go before you leave home 😂
Ok... it looks scary... almost impossible to be honest. That’s all in the mind. Complete the ones before it and that 20 is very achievable... trust the programme your body will be ready. Try to relax as much as you can... and look back, those 5s were hard, but so were the 60 seconds, the 90s and the big jump to 3s... you did them... you can do week 5
Try not to think about whats ahead, just concentrate on what's on your plate today and trust in the programme. Just keep your body moving forward, no matter how slowly!
