Not having a rest day was a mistake, I couldn't face running on Monday so I did R1 yesterday and R2 today and my legs hate me

Yikes, yes, not giving a rest day is tough on the body. It really is best to stick to the guidelines - you risk injury by not allowing your body to heal between runs. Best to have an extra rest day than none at all. :)

Keep it up! One more run to finish W2!

Your legs hating you could be the least of your worries...:(

It is so, so easy to injure yourself, at any time, but especially when beginning... please... do take those rest days:)

Take a couple of days rest now...:)

If you want to stop running soon, just run every day..........it will soon catch up with any new runner.

Stick to the plan. It is tried, tested and proven to work........... and rest days are part of the plan.

Oh no... you need to be careful. There’s no rush to finish this programme 2 or 3 rest days when it doesn’t fit in is much better than skipping a rest day. Take care out there, we all want you through this without any time on the IC
