Ran before breakfast on this windy day and it was all good. I have to thank this group for telling me about Japanese slow running. I watched uTube videos yesterday and that’s been a revelation. I can see how this works!!! Yaaaay👏👏👏

Thank you for that! I’d never heard of it but for me it’s the way to go. As I finished my cool down I turned corner at the end of our local park run.. well maybe ...eyes on end prize 🤣

Fantastic effort. Aim to run for the specified time, ignore speeds and distances you can do that later, but only when/if you want to

Japanese slow running is great, I was using that technique when out jogging with Mrs LeeU as she's on week 7 and a little bit slower than I am but it allowed me to keep roughly at her pace and complete her 25 minute run.
