Just finished my second run in week 1 (brand new to this!) and loved it. I'm not the fittest but I'm finding this app really great to use and finding each run gets a little easier. Pouring down with rain, dark and cold but such a refreshing run and a great way to get rid of any bad week vibes just in time for the weekend :-)

Hey Kirsty, welcome and glad to hear you are enjoying the program, even though is it horrible winter weather we still enjoy getting out running.. we must be mad!

I also find it a great way to banish the mental demons that appear during the week, running is very cathartic.

Keep us up to date with your progress and ask any questions you may have.
