What a nice run it was ! Crisp, dry, clean air, blue sky, bright sun, the forest as beautiful as usual. My legs felt good, and I didn't do too bad on the hills ( 4 Strava PRs today, even if they're still ridiculously slow). I simply loved being outside and moving.
If I had known just how lovely this is, I'd have started running much sooner !
