Wow- we’ll after a 2 week chest infection I was worried I’d lost my fitness so I took it easy on 2 runs and then I finally did it!!! Week 9 complete. 5.3km in 36mins!!! Hurray!

I can’t praise this programme highly enough. It’s the 3rd time I tried it and finally succeeded, thanks to all involved.

Onwards and upwards 🏃‍♂️🍾
