It’s took me ten weeks but tonight I graduated with the final run. Really can’t believe it, I started out on 2nd September struggling with the initial 1 minute runs so really pleased to have worked my way through the programme and now managing 30 WHOLE minutes!
Thank you to everyone on here for support and answering questions along the way.
I’ve got to 4.3k so aiming for 5k in the next few runs and then hope to give parkrun a go. Wish me luck!

10 weeks is only 1 week more than the official time that you can take to complete the course, there is no strict rule about that, you can repeat as many runs or week's as you want to.

To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message on the November graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated 🎓 🏃🏾 👍
Thank you. I think part of my success was not putting pressure on myself, I set out just wanting to finish and if that meant repeating runs so be it, hence the extra week.
