Whooop finally completed the programme. Ive done 2 runs since just to make sure i was happy and yep done it !!!!
Still not quite 5k ( about 4.8) so still a little bit to go ..... so chuffed!!!! started in May but ankle strain put me back a month or so and lots of repeated runs.
If anyone out there thinks its impossible don't believe that inner voice ..... you can do it!!
This time last year i was recovery from one operation getting ready for another so if i can seriously Anyone can !can
