Well I graduated when I could run for 30 minutes however I’ve now graduated by running 5k (although that takes nearly 55mins!). Just so nobody confuses me with the leggy blondes that go bounding along the seafront like gazelles may I just remind you, and to reassure some new members of C25k, I am a 53 yr old fatty: balding and with a paunch! It takes me 55mins but this just demonstrates that it is not all about speed!
To celebrate this achievement I have been looking at some new shoes: es voila! La Gaviota 2! They are light, look like boats but are well considered for bigger runners. Too hot and busy today so I’ll take them out for a spin tomorrow. Ciao!

Those are lovely running shoes Enxo, don't worry about those blonde gazelles running along the sea front, they are probably sub 25 minute 5K ers, congratulations to you on running your first 5K in 55 minutes, well done. Now go and celebrate. 😊 🏃🏾
