This week my head has been playing mind games about run 3 so I wasn't sure I'd manage it. Again the weather is due to be stormy all day (Bronagh, with wind and flooding forcast) so I made the decision to run early instead of after work tonight. Luckily it stayed dry as I headed out. Listening to Sarah telling me that I was ready for this big step up, I just took it steady and after the 10 minutes it was time to turn around and head back. Is it me or is it psychologically easier running knowing your on your way home? Anyhow I now knew I had this in the bag. I'm walking on cloud nine and looking forward to getting me teeth into week 6! Good luck everyone on week 5 and those worrying about it. X

I’m with you on the run home. It’s definitely psychologically easier, if not physically 😂 well done on completing w5
Well done 👏👏👏 that's the biggy out the way 👍
I'm a week behind now as not finding the motivation to run whilst on hols
I'm less of this 🏃♀️ and more this 🤪🍺
Huge well done..just try to focus on the fact, that each run really does follow the ones before... it is so structured and you are ready for each one, even though it may not seem like it
Take it gently into Week 6.. different again, but all totally feasible
Great job... and yes, it’s normal to feel better when the end is in sight!. Enjoy week 6!
Well done on completing W5R3 'Souly47', yes, no reason why you shouldn't be on cloud 9, as they here, that 20 minute run of week 5 is a 'milestone' on C25K. Onwards to week 6.
YAY! Congrats! Doing mine later!
Soûl 47 well done
