W5R3 Done

Morning,

I cannot believe I just finished W5R3! I thought I wouldn’t be able to run for 20 minutes but it was all in my head. I really struggled for the first 10 minutes, wanting to stop after about 6! However, at about 12 minutes it all clicked and I just started to enjoy it.

If you’re worried about W5R3 it really is about conquering your mind... your body can do it!

Congratulations to you Runforreal on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊

Same here! I was really apprehensive about this run, but it’s more about mindset! I had a stitch bugging me throughout, but I slowed a little when I needed to and it felt fantastic to have done it 😃
