I did it! Genuinely shocked, this is the longest and furthest I’ve ever run in my life! I never would have thought 5 weeks ago that I’d be able to say that.
There’s no denying that this was a hard run (after 5 minutes, I was seriously doubting whether I could carry on for another 15), but somehow I managed it - albeit slowly!
As Jo Whiley says, it really is all in your head.
Well done to everyone else who completed Week 5 this week. Feeling positive!

Well done! Pushing through those harder runs enables us to see what we are capable of, and you did brilliantly! 😃
Well done! It's a massive mental thing from now on - I'm seeing a lot of people finish week 5 today including me, which is nice, as it feels like we are all in this together! Onwards and upwards!
That run is a corker isn't it? This marks a turning point in the programme too when you know you can do it - you just need to get out the door and swat off any gremlins that pop up! Well done and enjoy the mext runs!
Congrats!! I felt like W5R3 is definitely one of the toughest runs mentally that I have had to do so far, so hopefully over the next couple of weeks it will get mentally easier fo you too☺️
It definitely is all in the mind, that’s why clear my mind of all thoughts and just keep going.....Jo Whiley is great, her voice is so genuinely encouraging....well done 👍
