Week 8, body defeated

So I ran my week 8 run 1 on Monday. I’m totally wiped out, think I may have a muscle strain left thigh, it even hurts to walk! The rest of my body is protesting big style, feel exhausted and achy all over. I should be attempting run 2 today or tomorrow, should I just rest until my energy levels return? Anyone else had similar experiences?

The later weeks of C25K can be hard work, so give yourself a break and have extra rest days if you need them.

Well done on pushing through.
