Week 2 completed. Lots of hills also which really takes it out of me and I barely run lol. I tried though. Week 2 seemed easier than week 1 but I’ve run everything other day so I’m actually ahead of the weekly program so I’m going to run one week run on Wednesday just to see how much easier it is. Then on Friday start week 3. A little scared for that change though lol

Barely running is running enough! Good job
Hills take it out if you, but they build stamina quickly too.

You don’t need to follow actual weeks by the way. I sometimes ended up straddling weeks if my runs fell that way. Just as long as you stick with the programme and observe one or more rest days, it doesn’t matter at all. 😀
