Wk2 run 2 (just finished)......is it supposed to get easier????! Lol That felt hard but feel great that I didn't quit. I'm surprising myself that I'm sticking to it even though I question my sanity whilst running. Never would had said this before, but I'm liking this running lark!

I wouldn't say it gets easier, but as your body gets used to it you find you can cope with the running better. Plus the sense of pride and satisfaction every time you complete a run helps with the process!
I don't think it gets easier because the running time keeps increasing. Each run is just enough to knacker you out without actually killing you. Keep it up - you'll love it 😂😀😂
Interesting question - does it get easier ? For me I think mentally it gets easier yes, physically it gets harder as it increases in timing however if you follow it to the letter and do plenty of stretching pre and post runs and hydrate well throughout your week - around 2 litres a day and wear appropriate running shoes from around week 4:5 then yes it gets easier and it gets fun too. You will love the changes you see and feel in your body so stick with it - you’ve got this xx
Running gets easier... this plan pushes you to run longer, so it doesn’t always feel easier. Get through this plan though and you can have some wonderful easier running pretty soon after. You’re doing great.
If you stick to the recommended easy conversational pace, then it will be relatively easy........if you push hard, then it will be tough and you will increase your injury risk.
The whole plan is as easy or as difficult but you want to make it.
