I can’t believe how quickly 8 minutes went! When she said 60seconds left I had to check the visual clock thing as I thought it had gone out of sync! I also tried out a new circular route that took me straight back to my front door in the exact right amount of time! Bring on wk 3, is feeling very positive about 20 mins!

Thank you! I’m so looking forward to saying I ran 20 minutes, and after today I think I can do it! I never thought I would!

So have you done it yet? Mine was great! Took it slowly and then managed to speed up a bit at the end! So proud of myself! Hope yours went well too xx

I didn't do it ☹. First missed run. I've had a cold and actually fell asleep putting the kids to bed. I just woke up so I'm going to bed properly now! I did feel better today though, just wiped out after working three long days with a cold. So planning to just go for it on Friday... Minor setbacks and all that...
