Well I did it but was quite a battle, NOT mentally as when I heard what the run was I thought GREAT I can do this, BUT to start off I kept losing the podcast so had to restart 3 times (I was getting ready to Jack it in) but got going and it was ok to start. On Friday I had my Covid jab and unfortunately I had most of the symptoms, which is not like me, but the worst was muscle pain and fatigue along with headaches and fever. I should have started wk5 on Sunday but because of the way I felt I gave myself an extra day and started this morning. My mind was eager but my body was tired but didn't give up, so I am pleased with myself. In a way it was a bit of a disappointment because I didn't enjoy it the way I have been but hopefully Wednesday will be better and I don't know what that will entail on the second podcast.

I think you did well to run at all so close to feeling the side-effects of your jab! Hope all went well for you today? 🙂
