I changed up my route a little at the start so that by time I got to my “normal” path I’d already ran close to 10 mins so that helped massively mentally.
Once I hit the 12-16 mins mark when I was struggling ever so slightly I did think of all you wonderful people who had already done it and that pushed me through and then once I was in the last 4mins I knew I was gonna do it.
I did let out a little squeak of happiness at the end.
Now onto the magical world of online shopping to reward myself with a little treat of new clothes to run in.

Well done! I definitely found W5R3 to be a turning point in the programme so hopefully it’s the same for you and it’s onwards and upwards!! Good luck with the rest of your running journey☺️
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran, enjoy your shopping for running clothes online🏃♂️🏃♀️🏃🏾👍
