Well I did it I ran my 8 mins very comfortably I wasnโ€™t out off breath I felt ok ๐Ÿ‘Œ well much better than I thought ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ˜Š, now Iโ€™ve got my third run to do and itโ€™s 20 mins ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ˜ฎ quiet a big jump from 16 !!!, but Iโ€™ve come this far. Now and Iโ€™m going to do it I think ๐Ÿค” well Iโ€™m going to try ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜Šx

Just keep the same pace that you have been doing. Maybe even slow it down a bit as you have the extra 4 minutes.

But just relax, enjoy your music and you will breeze through it.

Well done.

You have recognised that you ran for 16 minutes, but between warm up and cool down you were constantly moving for 21 minutes, so actually for longer than the next run.

You might think you are going to complete the next run..........I know you are going to complete the next run..........so believe it.

I am dressed, stretched, and ready to go do W5R2. The 8 min. is in my head but I want to do it without stopping at all to walk. I'll be back to report by progress pretty soon! I can do this!

I did it! Every bit! I'm not very speedy but I felt good - got a good rhythm in the 8 min. stretch...thank you all for the encouragement! I feel like I found this forum just in time!

Iโ€™ve just completed the 20 minute run. It sounds daunting but trust in the programme and you will do it. Iโ€™m an overweight 60 year old so if I can do it anyone can. I would wish you good luck but you wonโ€™t need it ๐Ÿ‘
