Hi. I have been following C25K this summer in a post-retirement 'I need to get fitter' frame of mind and have now finished it as of yesterday! I did not post before, but started most days by reading the daily posts on the forum and have felt hugely supported in the knowledge there are many of you out there who just like me, started with trepidation and had the odd wobble along the way. So all of you regular and not so regular posters, thank you, you made it much easier than I thought it would be and gave me confidence that anyone - including me - could do it.

👏👏👏🍾🥂🏅

I too started at sixty and am now on the bridge to 10k. C25k is a brilliant programme and it’s onwards and upwards from here.
