...I completed my Graduation run (W9R3), this morning (I'm still letting that sink in) π.
Decided to try and be 'a bit techy' (downloaded Nike+ Run Club app lol) and record my run π.
30mins of running (okay jogging) -me lol. I'm not quite at the 5K mark but I'm getting out there and trying ('One foot in front of the other' 'Slow and steady'...).
It was a bit drizzly and asides from the lone fisherman -it was just me on my route, Laura's voice still guiding me... And that was pretty much what happened -stopped at 30mins to begin my warm down walk. Large smile adorning my rather red face π.
The journey over the last 9 weeks has been punctuated with much swearing and much smiling. This forum and the people on it have inspired me to keep going - 'thank you' π.
Onwards to consolidation (think I might have a celebratory vino, later π·) βΊ...
